Ve středu 21. března 2012 projednala vláda sedm kontrolních závěrů Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu. Na jednání vlády byl přizván viceprezident NKÚ Miloslav Kala.

The SAO audited the state property and funds provided to the Forests of the Czech Republic
The state-owned enterprise Forests of the Czech Republic is entitled to manage state assets and does not possess its own property. The status and legal powers of the Forests of the CR follow the Act on state-owned enterprises.
The SAO audited funds spent on preparations and realization of the State A-levels
The aim of the audit was to scrutinise the utilisation of the state budget and EU budget funds that had been spent on preparing and implementing the State A-levels examination.

Cílem kontroly bylo prověřit hospodaření státního podniku s majetkem státu a s poskytnutými peněžními prostředky.
NKÚ zkontroloval peněžní prostředky použité na přípravu a realizaci státní maturitní zkoušky
Cílem kontrolní akce bylo prověřit hospodaření s peněžními prostředky státního rozpočtu a Evropské unie vynakládanými na přípravu a realizaci státní maturitní zkoušky.

The SAO revealed that the cycling infrastructure construction was not well coordinated
The Supreme Audit Office performed and audit of funds earmarked for the construction and maintenance of the cycling infrastructure and aimed at the provision, drawdown, and use of the funds provided from the state budget and EU. The SAO scrutinised management of EU funds provided in the frame of five regional operational programmes and Operational Programme Prague – Competitiveness.
Výstavba cyklostezek postrádá koordinaci
NKÚ kontroloval peněžní prostředky určené na výstavbu a údržbu cyklistické infrastruktury. Cílem kontroly bylo prověřit poskytování, čerpání a použití výše uvedených peněžních prostředků.
